Ayyy, la vida!

Remember I told you I had been offered a new job.

Better paid than the one I currently have.

Well, my boss just told me on Friday the company is willing to raise my salary and level the offer I received, because he wants me to continue working with them.

If it was tough before, right now it's even tougher to make a decision.

Money out of the subject, these are my options:
1. Stay in a place I feel just fine and have met some great people, or
2. Go to a new place which, though in the same line of work, could be quite different, but yet more demanding and interesting in terms of future possibilities.

What would you do?

You're asking me??? The most indecisive woman on the planet??? ;)

Ah, I'm a big chicken...if it were me, I'd stay where I'm comfortable. But that's just me....

Walker, Elle and Majestad:

You've convinced me!. ;)
I'm staying at my old job.
They did not only level the money offer, but agreed too on a few things which will suit best my needs in terms of workshifts and free time...
Truth is I had this 95% decided when I posted this, but I felt curious about what would you all think about! Thanks for your comments!.

HB2, Portuguesa Nova:
Thanks for allowing to take the decision all by myself and show the world I'm a mature person (that's what you meant, right?)
;)

Taylor, JAG:
Thanks for the visit and the encouragment. I agree with you about change, but I know that a new job in the same workfield is not really the change I'm looking for... (I'll keep looking for a change though)... BTW JAG, I feel deeply honoured by your visit - I LOVE YOUR SITE. :)

Kiwi, Felix:
Emocionante visita de los primeros chilenos en mi blog. :)
GRACIAS a los dos. Si no les molesta, me gustaría linkearlos.

Kiwi, you are right about the need for a new challenge, but just like I told Taylor and JAG above, this new offer wasn't really much of a big change.

:)
