Quality Time...
Just spent all my afternoon watching Hitchcock's movies (To Catch a Thief, Rear Window and Rebecca) and eating GOTA* sandwiches... Simple recipe for a truly good day.
* GOTA: Garlic, Onion, Tomato & Anchovies
(Mrs. G says I ain't getting no kisses for a couple of days at least!!!... Do you think she doesn't love me anymore???!!!)

Whew, I can smell those babies all the over here!! Please don't tell Mr. Elle about those, he'll probably love them, and then I will have to leave him. (What is with boys and those nchovies??)
He ate a pizza with them last night. In fact it was a tomato, garlic, onion anchovie one. uh oh.

"Mrs G says I ain't getting no kisses for a couple of days at least!!!... Do you think she doesn't love me anymore???!!!) - La traducción sería algo como: "Mrs G dice que no me dará besos por un par de días, al menos... ?Creen que ya no me quiere?"
Supongo que la parte + complicada de entender es "I ain't getting no kisses..." ya que es una es una forma de expresión bastante informal... "ain't" es una deformación del negativo en inglés que puede reemplazar a "am not", "is not" o "are not" (dependiendo de la conjugación verbal)... Por supuesto que no es correcta, desde el punto de vista de la utilización apropiada del lenguaje, pero está bastante arraigada en USA en la conversación informal y sobre todo en los estratos más bajos.
Literalmente, "I ain't (am not) getting no kisses" sería "no voy a obtener besos"... En inglés, el verbo TO BE + GERUNDIO (...ing) es una formula de expresar futuro que corresponde al castellano Verbo IR + INFINITIVO, ej:
I am not coming - No voy a venir.
We are not eating that - No vamos a comer eso.
She is buying a new house - Ella va a comprar una casa nueva.
Por último la doble negación también es un fallo en inglés, por lo cual la expresión "I AIN'T getting NO kisses" debería escbribirse correctamente así: "I AM NOT getting ANY kisses"...
